Do you provide IT support services?
We do not provide IT support services. We focus on helping businesses with their IT strategy as an independent advisor. We can work with you to improve your current IT support provision or help select and migrate to a new provider.

We already have an IT support provider and we are happy with them. What would you offer?
Whilst an IT support provider may be doing a great job of keeping you operation on a day to day basis, we can assist with developing your use of technology to further your business as well as preparing your business for challenges such as business continuity planning and IT strategy planning.

We have an internal IT support team, what could you add?
Sometimes some outside input can go a long way to improving your teams ability to service your business. We can help your IT team embrace new technology to help your business grow and run more efficiently. We can also provide an escalation point for hard to solve issues and help with project work where resources are constrained or the necessary skills are not available in house.

We are looking for a new system/software to help our business, how can you help us?
Changing or implementation a new solution is one of the most daunting IT challenges that businesses face. We can help you ensure you select the correct solution and ensure it is implemented in the agreed timescales and budget. We can assist with training and testing – two of the most frequent areas of dissatisfaction when new solutions are implemented.

We have an IT support provider and we’re happy with the service but we don’t know if we’re getting good value for money, how can you help us?
We can carry out an audit and cost review to ensure you are getting the best value for money. We can often do this discreetly and can document your current infrastructure so that should you need to change provider you are not dependent on the current provider.

We have a longstanding relationship with our current provider but we feel we may be outgrowing them. How can we explore our options without jeopardising the relationship?
As we don’t aim to compete in the IT support market we do not have to been seen as a competitor. Our intention would be to support the business make the best decision in terms of IT and very often this means working with the current provider to highlight what they are doing well and helping to communicate what needs to change for them to improve. Should we find that the business would benefit from going out to market we can have many of the technical conversations reducing the need for the providers who are bidding for the work to have a large visible presence before any decisions are made.
